Month 1 — Get clear. We define what you actually want. Not just "not sales" — a real target: the role, the type of company, the kind of work that fits who you are and where you want to go. Sales Ops. Revenue Operations. Sales Enablement. Customer Success. Consulting. Partnerships. Your background translates to more than you think. We figure out which path makes the most sense for you, and build your story around it.
Month 2 — Build the machine. We put your job search into motion. Resume and LinkedIn positioning for someone making a lateral pivot (which is different from a standard job search). A targeting strategy. A referral and outreach plan. By the end of month two, you're not getting ready to search — you're actively in it.
Month 3 — Get the offer. You're in interview processes. We debrief every conversation, fix what's not landing, sharpen what's working, and push until you have something in hand.

ABOUT ME
I know what it feels like to be done with sales and have no idea what comes next. Because I've been there.
I spent years as a SaaS sales rep — at Volusion, Evernote, Outreach, HubSpot.
I was good at it.
240% attainment. Closed the largest deal in Evernote's history. Led the floor. Survived RIFs as the top performer in my cohort.
By most scoreboards, I was winning.
By 2020, I was done.
Not laid off. Not pushed out. I chose to leave.
The combination of an impossible quota structure at Outreach and a product that had no market fit at Evernote had ground me down in a way that quota attainment couldn't fix.
I joined HubSpot, hit 100% in month one, and then made a decision that scared me: I left sales entirely.
No plan, no next role lined up, no clear answer to "so what are you going to do?" I just knew I was finished.
The period after was uncomfortable. But it led to the best professional chapter of my life.
I transitioned into Sales Strategy Consulting — first at Sapper Consulting, where I worked with companies like SAP, AT&T, T-Mobile, and OneMedical to build their sales motions from the ground up, and then at Salesloft, where I'm now a Senior Sales & AI Strategy Consultant working with some of the largest enterprise sales organizations in the world: LinkedIn, IBM, Verizon, Medtronic, Comcast, Cloudflare.
The pivot I was terrified to make turned out to be the right one.
And the skills I built in sales — the cold outreach, the process thinking, the ability to read people and move them toward a decision — didn't disappear.
They became foundational to everything I do now.
Since then, I've been helping sales reps do the same thing. Not as a side project — as deliberate, structured coaching.

We build your job search infrastructure and put it into motion. Resume, LinkedIn, company targeting, outreach templates, referral strategy. By the end of this phase you're in active conversations.
Weeks 9–12: Interviews and Offer
You're running processes. We debrief every interview together, adjust in real time, and push through to an offer.

FAQ
What if I don't have an offer by the end of 90 days?
Most clients get into active processes and receive offers within the window. Career transitions aren't always perfectly linear — timelines vary based on industry, location, and role. What you will have at the end of 90 days, regardless: a clear target, a real plan, strong positioning, and the skills and process to close the search out.
What roles do people typically move into?
Revenue and Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Partnerships, Recruiting inside tech companies, and consulting are the most common landing spots. Some clients pivot further — into marketing, product, or strategy. It depends entirely on who you are and what you want.
I'm still employed — does this work for me?
Yes. Most people who do this program are still working when they start. The format is designed to fit around a full-time schedule — one focused hour per week, with async support when you need it.
Why only 5 spots?
Because I'm doing real 1:1 work with each person. This isn't a group program with 1:1 components bolted on. Five is the number where I can give every client what they actually need.
How do I know this will work?
The honest answer: I can't guarantee a job offer, and anyone who promises you a specific outcome is overselling.
